Whether done in person or online,  Atravelersguide, does not own or retain any rights to the interview. It is not viewed or regarded as property. In simple terms, the whole point is for those at the end of life to leave something special for those left behind. One copy will be recorded and given to the person the interviewee chooses, typically via a flashdrive. Each interview is meant to be personal, individual, and as unique as the life that experienced existence. Minimal if any editing will be performed. The interview is meant to be as real and full of nuance as life!.....the incidental and spontaneous happenings during filming are where the deepest value often lives.
